Shipping Policy

Production time

Standard production is about 2 weeks from the moment you approve your spec (faster turnaround available with express shipping). Production starts at approval, not at first enquiry. Logo balls add a little time for the facet layout on a first run only; reorders from a pattern we already hold do not.

Express turnaround

Openings, tours and events work to fixed dates, so tell us the date when you request the quote. We confirm in writing whether it is achievable before you pay.

Delivery

Balls ship crated. A sphere is bulky for its weight, so freight is a real component of the cost, and anything over a metre needs vehicle and door access checked before it leaves us — tell us about stairs, lifts and loading bays at quote stage. Tracking is sent as soon as the shipment leaves.

Rigging documentation

Every ball over a metre ships with its weight and safe working load in writing. If your venue needs anything further for sign-off, ask before the event rather than on the day.

Lost or damaged shipments

If tracking stalls or a crate arrives damaged, photograph it before unpacking further and send the photos. We open the carrier claim and rebuild or refund the affected portion.
