What is the minimum order?
Our minimum is just 12 units, with bulk pricing tiers that drop as quantities grow. One bar, one wedding or one activation is a completely normal order here.
How long does an order take?
Your free spec and mockup arrive within 24 hours, and finished balls ship in about 2 weeks (faster turnaround available with express shipping).
What facet size do I need?
It depends entirely on ceiling height. Smaller facets throw more, finer beams and suit low rooms; larger facets throw fewer, harder beams that travel further across a big space. Tell us the room and we will specify it rather than let you guess.
Can you actually put a logo on a disco ball?
Yes, and not as a sticker. The mark is laid into the facet pattern in a contrasting mirror finish, so it reads clearly at rest and dissolves into ordinary beams the moment the ball turns. One facet is effectively one pixel, so bold marks work and fine linework does not.
Glass or plastic mirror?
Glass for the cleaner beam and because it does not dull under a hot lamp. Plastic wherever shatterproof is the requirement — schools, outdoors, and any low hang over a crowd. We will tell you which your venue needs.
Do you supply the motor and light too?
Yes, matched as a kit. The motor is rated above the ball weight rather than equal to it, and the light is a narrow-beam pin spot, because a flood lights the whole ball evenly and gives you a grey glow instead of beams.
What about rigging a large ball?
Anything over about a metre is a suspended load. We build those on an engineered core and supply the weight and safe working load in writing, because your venue’s rigger will ask for both before it goes up.
Do I pay anything before I approve the design?
Nothing. Specs, mockups and revisions are free and unlimited, and you only pay once the design is exactly what you want.
