Custom-built goods, an approval-first process, and what happens if something is wrong.
Approval comes first
Every order is built to a spec you approved in writing, from a free spec sheet and — for logo balls — a mockup rendered on the actual facet grid. Nothing is built before you approve, and specs, mockups and revisions are never charged.
Custom orders
Because every ball is built to your diameter, finish and facet pattern, custom orders cannot be returned for a change of mind and logo balls cannot be resold. Check the diameter, finish, facet size and artwork on the spec carefully before approving.
If we got it wrong
If your order does not match the approved spec, is defective, or is short, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we will rebuild the affected portion at no charge — or refund it if a rebuild will not make your date.
Glass mirror varies very slightly in tone between production batches; that variation is not a defect. Shipping damage is handled the same way as a fault — keep the crate and photograph it before unpacking further.
Cancellations
Cancel at no cost any time before you approve the spec. After approval it depends how far into production the order is; contact us immediately.
